Ashleigh was supportive throughout the entire process, in spite of my incessant calls and questions.During Tender submission, I attended in person with my 3 children. Though I went prepared with things to distract the kids with, the staff at Lowe & Co. were prepared to make the children feel welcomed. These guys pulled off the mission impossible for us, and somehow still managed to keep the process warm and friendly under pressure. I had a difficult time trying to find suitable accommodation in Wellington at a distance. It was quite taxing on time, money, and energy - to continue flying up to Wellington, only for my offers to fall through. I'm reasonably young too, and a lot of the other agents I engaged with didn't take me seriously.Ashleigh treated me with the formality I needed, and the kindness I wanted, to make a stressful purchase easier. She made calls, texts, zoom calls, and meetings easy to organise, and I felt good after each interaction.I would be happy to choose Ashleigh in the future, should I choose to sell.

Ashleigh and Louis recently sold my vacant apartment in Wellington. Despite a falling market, they worked incredibly hard to obtain a very satisfactory price, also securing an unconditional back up offer just in case the first conditional contract fell through. Their secret weapon is the fabulous Rosie, who organised everything from quotes for moving the furniture (and supervising the movers on the day) to arranging for the dishwasher to be fixed - an amazing service which made a huge difference for an out of town vendor!
